I have been a big fan for 20 years and order the same items each time. I start off with the small salad (awesome big enough for two), then the cheese crisps and the enchilada plate with rice and beans! They make the best enchiladas because the tortillas are made by hand each day. I especially like the cheese enchiladas with the red sauce (the green sauce is also very good but very hot). Tip: go early or come later to shorten the meal time. The service is friendly but the staff is small so be patient.
It's easy to miss Fiesta Hut because there isn't a big sign outside. Don't be put off by how it looks inside--the food is incredible. Word of advice, don't start digging into the salsa until after you get your drinks. There's one person serving, so it may take few minutes for the drinks to come out. Your mouth will be on FIRE. So delicious, though. There's no kid's menu, but they'll accommodate you if you ask for a single item instead of the usual 3 that come in an order. My super picky toddler ate an entire taco. Everything is amazing. I highly recommend getting one of the combos so you can try three different things. I've been going to Fiesta Hut for years, and I will continue to do so.

Veg friendly South American Spanish fare. great choice. very tasty preparations. Only drawback is the lack of signage, one could easily miss it if you've never been here before.

By far the best “authentic •Mexican food ever. It is not greasy, diner quality -the owner is still there & I’ve been patronizing Fiesta Hut since the original location on Route 4 in Paramus. Now it’s exactly the same delicious food, her son is now the front person . Ask & Try the cactus!! CCQ is great & I live getting the combo platter . The food is just the BEST !!!
